Our Move-Out Cleaning service provides detailed cleaning after furniture and personal belongings have been removed, helping prepare the property for inspection, handover, sale or its next occupants.
Service includes:
Dusting accessible surfaces, ledges, doors and trim
Cleaning kitchen counters, backsplash, sink and appliance exteriors
Cleaning toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, vanities and mirrors
Vacuuming and mopping accessible floors
Cleaning baseboards, switches, handles and high-touch areas
Final walkthrough and cleaning touch-ups

Please note:
The property must be empty or substantially vacant before cleaning begins. Fresh Finish does not pack belongings or move furniture or filled boxes.
Excessive buildup, abandoned belongings, post-construction dust, pest waste, mould, biohazards and conditions that differ significantly from the booking details may require a revised quote.
Inside ovens, refrigerators, cabinets, windows, blinds, wall spot cleaning, garage sweep-out and empty-box cleanup are available as separate add-ons.
The property must be empty or substantially vacant before cleaning begins. Working water, electricity, lighting and safe access must remain available throughout the appointment.
Remove furniture, filled boxes, personal belongings and unwanted items from the areas being cleaned. Complete all moving, repairs, painting and contractor work before our team arrives.
Select the correct number of bedrooms, bathrooms and property size. Additional charges or a revised quote may apply if the property differs significantly from the booking information.
Provide complete entry, concierge, elevator, parking and key-return instructions. Ensure the service is scheduled early enough to allow cleaning before your inspection or handover deadline.
Empty-box and light packing-debris cleanup must be selected separately. Fresh Finish does not pack belongings, lift filled boxes, move furniture, transport items or provide junk removal.
Abandoned belongings, excessive buildup, post-construction dust, pest waste, mould, bodily fluids, biohazards, hazardous materials and heavy waste are not included in standard Move-Out Cleaning.
Fresh Finish does not guarantee the return of a rental deposit or approval by a landlord, property manager or purchaser. Cleaning is limited to the purchased service and selected add-ons.
Inside ovens, refrigerators, cabinets, windows, blinds, wall spot cleaning, balconies, basements, garage sweep-out and empty-box cleanup must be selected separately during checkout.
