Do I need to provide water and electricity?

Access requirements depend on the selected service and location. Fresh Finish will confirm what is required before the appointment.

What happens if it rains?

Exterior detailing may be rescheduled when rain, extreme temperatures or other weather conditions affect safety or service quality.

Is my requested date guaranteed after checkout?

No. Requested dates are subject to availability. Your appointment is confirmed after Fresh Finish sends confirmation.

Can you detail vehicles in condo or workplace parking areas?

Yes, when the location is legal, safe and approved. Customers are responsible for obtaining permission from property or building management.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Do you provide biohazard vehicle cleaning?

No. Fresh Finish does not service vehicles containing blood, bodily fluids, decomposition, needles, crime-scene residue or other biohazardous contamination.

Do I need to remove personal belongings?

Yes. Remove valuables, child seats and unnecessary belongings before the appointment. Areas containing personal items may not be cleaned.
