Our Move-In Cleaning service prepares an empty home for comfortable occupancy by cleaning essential surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms and floors before your belongings arrive.
Service includes:
Dusting accessible surfaces, ledges, doors and trim
Cleaning kitchen counters, backsplash, sink and appliance exteriors
Cleaning toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, vanities and mirrors
Vacuuming and mopping accessible floors
Cleaning baseboards, switches, handles and high-touch areas
Final walkthrough and cleaning touch-ups

Please note:
Online pricing applies to empty, reasonably maintained properties. Furniture, excessive buildup, post-construction dust, pest waste, mould, biohazards and conditions that differ significantly from the booking details may require a revised quote.
Inside ovens, refrigerators, cabinets, windows, blinds, wall spot cleaning and garage cleaning are available as separate add-ons.
The property must be empty or substantially vacant before the team arrives. Working water, electricity, lighting and safe access must be available throughout the appointment.
Please ensure all construction, repairs, painting and moving work has been completed. Remove packaging, personal belongings, furniture and loose waste from the areas being cleaned.
Select the correct number of bedrooms, bathrooms and property size. Additional charges or a revised quote may apply when the property differs significantly from the booking information.
Provide complete entry, concierge, lockbox, parking and elevator instructions before the appointment. Lockouts or unavailable access may be subject to the Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy.
Post-construction dust, excessive buildup, mould, pests, bodily fluids, biohazards, hazardous materials and heavy waste are not included in standard Move-In Cleaning.
Inside ovens, refrigerators, cabinets, windows, blinds, wall spot cleaning, balconies, basements and garages must be selected separately during checkout.
